Below are example HERO images. The reason we consider them Hero's is that they take considerably more planning and expertise to produce. Twilight architectural shoots involve lots of planning around natural elements such as weather and light, as well as artificial details like interior lighting and added strobe/flash to enhance certain features. Interior photography might involve moving furniture to best compliment the angle of view, as well as adding strobe/flash to balance out the lighting (not to forget color balancing where multiple light sources (tungsten, daylight, fluorescent, etc) come into play.
